Team Introduction Template

Hi Team,

As some of you know, we’re moving to illu to digitize our field work for our energy systems. illu is a mobile application where we can work together to track what field activities need to be done and how to do them.

Why are we moving to illu?

We want to use the best software tools to make our lives easier and be more productive. Having everything in one place will help us work together better and faster, rather than jumping around. Everything you share in illu is trackable and reportable.

Here’s what illu can help us with:

• Standardizing field work processes for maintenance, commissioning, and training
• Communicating transparently across the company
• Providing greater visibility for work on the ground

Setting up your accounts:

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be getting your accounts set up and teaching you how to use the illu app on an onboarding session.

Ahead of your onboarding session, please do the following

• Update your Android device to the latest version available. Please reach out ahead of time if you are not able to update your device to Android 9 at the minimum.
• Download the illu app from the Google Play Store via the link here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.illu.app

After downloading the mobile app, please do not yet log-in. We will walk you and your team through the set-up process together during the scheduled onboarding session. You will receive your User ID and temporary password over email or SMS.
