Congratulations on signing up with illu! You are ready to start setting up your organization's account! We’ve mapped out the steps needed to have a successful account set-up.
Step 1: Introducing Your Team to illu
- [ ] Share a list of everyone on your team who will be using the app to your onboarding contact, they will each receive a unique access code to create their account
- [ ] Introduce illu to your team, the Team Intro Email Template is a great resource
- [ ] Sign-up for our personalized onboarding sessions with your illu contact
- [ ] 60 minute management onboarding
- [ ] 60 minute training session for all users [Optional]
Step 2: Download App and Log In
- [ ] Download the Android application from the Google Play Store here
- [ ] To log in, use the user ID and temporary password provided, then:
- [ ] Reset the password to a new secure password and make sure to write it down for future reference
Step 3: Upload Your Data and Start Using illu
