  1. The Bookmark icon will change from outlined to fill and the Job(s) will begin to download in the background, allowing you to use the app as usual in the meantime

<aside> 📢 *Please allow at least sufficient time (to be safe, >1 hr) to download the Jobs before going Offline as it takes time for the data to fully download, especially for Jobs with a lot of workflows with photos.

To confirm that your Jobs have downloaded properly, you can switch to Offline Mode and check that the required content is available. We are working on adding a progress bar to show when downloading is complete.*

  2. After waiting, you can switch illu to Offline Mode using the More tab (bottom right), and press the button to “Go Offline” at the top of the screen.

You will then see a bar at the bottom of the App confirming that you are in Offline Mode. ** 2. When you are ready to go back Online, you can press “Go Online” at the bottom right side of your screen. Once illu is done synchronizing the offline updates, you will return fully to Online Mode. Here, you will be able to see all the changes you made while offline synced with the platform, and send and receive data from other users in your organization.
